Colours (flag) stand

I recently undertook a prestigious commission to create a bespoke stand for The Princess of Wales's Royal Regiment's regimental colours. The regiment's existing stand was a basic wooden structure that fell short of their aspirations. They sought a piece worthy of their proud history that could also be easily transported worldwide.

This project provided a unique opportunity to delve into the regiment's heritage while showcasing my joinery expertise. I crafted a stunning solid oak frame using traditional mortise and tenon joints, ensuring durability and ease of assembly. The stand is designed to be disassembled for convenient transportation without compromising its structural integrity.
