Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your desired date for the bespoke furniture making project. This deposit will be used to cover the costs of materials.

Cancellation Policy:

• If you (the client) cancel the project within 2 weeks (14 days) of the booked date and the materials have not been purchased, you will receive 40% of the deposit back, less a 10% non-refundable fee for last-minute cancellations.

• If you (the client) cancel before the start date of the project and no materials have been purchased, a full refund of the deposit will be returned.

• If I (the service provider) need to cancel the project, a full refund will be given if a new date cannot be agreed upon.

• If materials have been purchased and you cancel the project, you will have two options:

  • Purchase the materials: You can purchase the materials plus 30%.

  • Return the materials: If feasible, the materials will be returned to the supplier, and you will be charged a 30% restocking fee.

Notification Requirement: If you (the client) need to cancel or postpone your project, please contact us as soon as possible.
